What if my studio outgrows the platform?

You keep the website (the repo transfers to you). The booking system stays with us; if you want to migrate off, we'll help you export.

Where do students sign in?

Sign-in lives on auth.your-domain.com; account and checkout stay on your apex via the SDK. URL stays your studio's domain end-to-end. No vendor sign-in page.

Do students need an account?

Yes, to book. Sign-up is one screen, then a one-time intake (phone, emergency contact, your waiver).

Drop-ins, class packs?

Both, day one. Build packs ("5 classes for $90") with optional expiry; restrict packs to specific classes if you want a beginner-only bundle.

How does the AI connector work?

You add a single URL to ChatGPT, Claude, or any modern AI assistant. Sign in with your studio account. The AI gets read-only, OAuth-scoped access to your org. Ask questions in plain English; answers are grounded in your actual data.

Can the AI cancel a booking or refund a payment?

No. The connector is read-only. The AI can answer questions; it cannot edit data, cancel bookings, or move money. Revoke access from the connected-apps page in one click.

Do I have to pay for AI tokens?

No, not to us. You bring your own AI subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, etc). We don't bill tokens.

What AI tools work with this?

Anything that supports remote tool connections. Claude works out of the box; ChatGPT and others with similar plugin/connector support also work.
