1. What this policy covers

This policy describes what information A List Creative Inc, the company that operates Floorwork (collectively "we"), collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. It covers visitors to floorwork.app, dance studio owners and staff using the Floorwork admin, and end users (students) booking classes through Floorwork-powered studio sites.

2. Information we collect

• Studio owners and staff: name, email, phone, payment details, login credentials.
• Students: name, email, contact info, class history, payment history. Student data is studio-scoped: we store it on behalf of the studio.
• Visitors to floorwork.app: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths). No analytics cookies in v1.

3. How we use information

We use studio and student data solely to operate the Floorwork service for the relevant studio. We do not sell, share, or use it for advertising. Studios can export their data in CSV format at any time.

4. Subprocessors

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Convex: data storage and backend.
• Clerk: authentication.
• Resend: transactional email.
• Vercel: hosting.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@floorwork.app.
