Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Floorwork is a service provided by A List Creative Inc ("we," "us"). By using Floorwork, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Floorwork provides booking, payment, and content management software for dance studios, bundled with a bespoke website built by the Floorwork team.

3. Pricing

Pilot studios pay $0/month for year one in exchange for being a flagship reference. Standard post-pilot pricing is $179/month plus a small Stripe application fee. Pricing is month-to-month and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Studio data

Studios own all data they upload (student rosters, class data, content, payment data). Floorwork is a custodian, not an owner. Studios can export their data at any time and revoke access by canceling.

5. Termination

Either party can cancel month-to-month. On cancellation: the studio website repo is transferred to the studio (you keep the code). Student data is exported and provided to the studio in CSV format. Booking-system access ends.

6. Liability

Floorwork is provided "as is." A List Creative Inc does its best to keep things running, but is not liable for losses arising from service interruption, data loss, or other issues. Use at your own risk.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; we'll notify you 30 days in advance of material changes.
