What's included in $199

The $199 a month covers the whole platform, not a stripped-down tier. Every studio gets a bespoke website designed and built for the studio, inline booking and payments on that domain, a student CRM, instructor payroll and payout splits, staff scheduling, QR check-in, hourly room rentals, email marketing, and multi-location support. There are no per-seat charges, no booking-volume caps, and no add-on modules to unlock the features below.

How $199 compares

Mindbody and WellnessLiving price by tier, then layer on per-location fees and paid add-ons, so a growing studio often lands well above $199 a month once branded apps, marketing tools, and extra staff seats are added. Floorwork is one flat rate per studio, $49 a month for each additional location, and the website is part of the plan rather than a separate build. The point is predictability: you know the monthly number before you grow.

A worked example: card processing fees

Payments run on Stripe Connect, so Stripe's standard processing fees apply to each charge (commonly 2.9% + 30 cents for online card payments in the US). Floorwork adds a small application fee on top, roughly 0.5 to 1%. On a $120 class pack, Stripe takes about $3.78 and Floorwork's application fee is about $0.60 to $1.20, so the studio nets roughly $115 to $116. Because charges are direct on the studio's connected account, the studio is the merchant of record and the payout lands in the studio's own bank account.
