    First site pass, your feedback.

    Stripe, schedule, students.

    Your domain, your students, live.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery call

    A 60-minute call. We talk about your studio, your brand, your students, your existing tooling, and what you want the new site to do.

  2. Day 2

    Designs

    You receive a design direction (typography, palette, page structure) for sign-off before any code is written.

  3. Days 3-9

    Build

    The founder hand-codes your site in Next.js, hooks it up to the booking system, sets up Stripe Connect, configures email sending domain, and tests checkout end-to-end.

  4. Day 10

    Walkthrough

    We do a full walkthrough on a staging URL. You click through booking, checkout, account, admin. Anything that needs changing gets changed.

  5. Day 11

    Ship

    Domain switches over. Real students can book.
