A QR per booking, in the confirmation email.
When a student books a class or a renter books a room, the confirmation email carries a QR ticket. Tickets are scoped to the class instance or rental window, so they only work at the right time.
Three ways to admit.
Camera scan from a tablet at the door. USB or Bluetooth hardware scanner for high-volume nights. Manual code entry for the friend who deleted the email. Or just tap the roster.
Tickets are time-bound.
Class tickets work from 30 minutes before to 15 minutes after start. Rental tickets work for the full booked window. Out-of-window scans are flagged so staff know it's wrong, not broken.

See admitted, late, and no-show counts in real time. The instructor can pull up only their own roster from the instructor app.
