Instant-book or hold-for-approval.
Per-room: instant-book (renter pays, room is theirs) or request-mode (card is held, you approve before charging). Use request-mode for new renters, instant for trusted ones.
Refund tiers you set.
"100% if cancelled 48h before, 50% inside 48h, 0% inside 24h." Define the tiers once; the SDK shows the matching tier on the renter's booking page. Studio-initiated cancellations always full-refund.
QR ticket, scan on arrival, charge for overage.
Renter gets a QR ticket by email. Scan it at the door inside the rental window. If they run long, mark complete and the platform charges the overage as a separate Stripe charge.
